Owner / Driver Admin

IMPORTANT: Your membership / car registration is considered incomplete until the following requirements have been finalised:

Speedcars Australia Membership / Registration form (online).
Membership / Registration fee paid directly to Speedcars Australia (online direct deposit).
Competitor Declaration form (online).
Current local Speedcars Australia affiliated club membership (refer your local club).
Annual Visual Inspection completed by an authorised scrutineer with no outstanding issues (contact your club scrutineers to arrange).

These minimum requirements will be validated by your local club and Speedcars Australia before allowing you to participate in any events (including practice). Please ensure you complete all of the above 7 days prior to your event (including practice). Please be aware failure to do so will see you unable to compete/practice.

SPEEDCARS AUSTRALIA MEMBERSHIP / REGISTRATION:

Must be completed online via the form below, with payment made directly to Speedcars Australia (not your local club). By submitting this form you:

Agree you have read and understood the Speedcars Australia Racing Manual
Agree you have read and understood the Speedway Australia Racing Rules & Regulations.
Agree to receive correspondence from Speedcars Australia via the contact information provided, including rule change voting.

COMPLETE YOUR ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP / REGISTRATION FORM HERE

An annual Membership (Registration) fee is payable 7 days prior to your first event (including practice). Please be aware failure to do so will see you not able to compete/practice. Please use your State/Car Number (eg SA99) as your payment reference as payments will need to be validated before you are able to participate in any events (including practice). A unique form is required to be completed for every car registered (ie if you have 2 cars SA99 and SA99a, you must complete 2 forms).

FEE: $350 per car. Ie if you have 2 cars (eg SA99 and SA99x) that is $700 in total.

PLEASE NOTE: This fee is set annually at the Speedcars Australia annual conference. In the event you join after the previous season but before the annual conference (typically July/August), additional fees may apply. We will notify you if you are impacted.

All competitors must also complete the following Competitor Declaration form online. By submitting this form you:

Confirm you have read and understand the Speedcars Australia Inc Racing Manual and documented policies; and the Speedway Australia Racing Rules & Regulations.
Accept to receive correspondence via your provided contact information from Speedcars Australia Inc.
Understand your safety equipment may be validated at any time by Speedway Australia authorised officials.

SPEEDCARS AUSTRALIA VISUAL INSPECTION:

A registration tag will be placed on the car during the annual visual inspection.

When a registered car is sold, it is deemed to be unregistered and the new owner is to present his/her Speedcar for annual inspection prior to any event (including practice). The original owner may request a prorated payment from Speedcars Australia Inc. for any registration in lieu for that current season.
